Question from Daniel W.: I have a 2 year old Acer laptop with Windows 7. I can’t get it to boot up anymore. When I turn it on it beeps and displays this message:
“No Bootable Device — Please Restart System”
What could be causing this? I hope it’s not a bad hard drive but I suspect that it is. This just started last night and it’s very aggravating.

Question from Annette H.: I have a Compaq Presario 7200 that I just can’t bear to part with. I recently upgraded it to Windows 8.1 and I’m absolutely thrilled with it!
But there’s one problem that I really need your help with. The sound card isn’t working and the Device Manager says there’s no driver for it installed.
The sound drivers on the website don’t include drivers for Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, only Windows XP through Windows 7. Is there anything I can do or will I need to buy a new sound card?

Question from Belinda D.: I’m thinking about buying a refurbished iPhone 4 directly from Apple. If I do, will it have iOS 7 on it or will I have to upgrade it to iOS 7 after I buy it?

Question from David K.: I upgraded Malwarebytes to version 2.0 last night, and now every time I try to run a scan it gives me this error message:
Error: Malwarebytes was unable to load the Anti-Rootkit Driver. Error code: 20026
Do you want to continue the scan without anti-rootkit support?
And then it follows up that error message with this one before I can choose to scan without rootkit support:
Scanner Failed with Error Code: 20026
My computer is an HP ENVY TouchSmart 15-j009wm laptop running Windows 8.1.
What do I need to do in order to fix this error? I’ve re-installed Malwarebytes 2.0 three times with no success. Thanks for your help!
