Question from Sara A.: The screen went bad in my laptop so I’m looking for a new one. I’ve been to all the local stores, and all of laptops they have come with Windows 10.
I’m used to Windows 7 and I’ve heard that Windows 10 is a lot different. If I buy a laptop with Windows 10 on it will I be able to install Windows 7 if I don’t like it? I have the Windows 7 CD that came with my old laptop.

Question from Lenora H.: I recently bought a brand new Acer laptop that came with Windows 10 (which I had never used before).
I’ve been using this machine for almost a month now and I’ve discovered that I absolutely hate Windows 10!
If I buy a Windows 7 DVD can I wipe out the Windows 10 and install Windows 7 in its place? And if I can, do you know of any important reasons why I shouldn’t?

Question from Tammy G.: Hi Rick. I have a problem that I need your help with, and it just might be one you’ve never seen before.
In order to display more of my Facebook news feed without having to scroll so much, I asked my husband to build a stand for my 23″ wide screen monitor that allows me to use it on its side in a portrait orientation.

Question from Belinda G.: Rick, I need your help bad, but please don’t think I’m crazy after you read this!
I was checking my email with my 17 month old on my lap when she started tapping the keyboard. All of a sudden the entire screen image rotated 90 degrees to the right and I can’t figure out how to get it back to normal.
Please help??? I’m tired of having to lay on my side to read the screen! By the way, it’s a Dell desktop computer with Windows 10.

Question from Henry P.: I’ve been shopping online for a new computer and I found out that there are still some Windows 7 computers available. My question is should I buy one?
I really like Windows 7 but I want to make sure I won’t end up buying a headache now that Windows 10 is the norm.
Do you know of any reason why I should buy something with Windows 10 on it instead of Windows 7? Something I’m missing perhaps?
