If you use an Android device you might have noticed that there’s a mysterious folder named LOST.DIR on your SD card.
If you look inside this folder you’ll see that it contains a bunch of weird numbered files.
Many people end up deleting this folder, thinking it might be a virus, but truth be told, it isn’t.
Question from Sue: This morning someone told me about a website called Download MORE GHz that claims to speed up your computer by making the CPU run faster.
I Googled it and checked out the website, and they have a good sales pitch (even though the service is supposedly free).
The problem is I’ve learned to be skeptical about things like this on the Internet.
I was wondering if you recommend them or not. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

The screen in my old laptop stopped working and I replaced it with a Samsung Chromebook after reading about them in one of your posts.
After using the Chromebook for a while I can honestly say that I love it because it does everything I need it to do without have having to deal with all the hassles that go with using Windows.
Anyway, back to my question. Every once in a while I need to take a screenshot. It was easy on Windows 7 but I can’t figure out how to do it on my Chromebook.

Question from Denise: I recently started a new job and the IT folks said I can connect my personal laptop to their network but only if it has something called Secure Boot enabled?
Can you tell me what that is and how to check to see if its enabled?
