Have you ever been using your computer and had it start acting strange for no apparent reason?

I’m sure you probably have because it happens all the time.

For example, just the other day my Internet connection shut down and it simply refused to re-establish a connection.

A couple of days later my earbuds just stopped working right in the middle of a video I was watching, and they refused to start working again even after I loaded a different video. They worked fine when I tried them with phone.

Have you ever needed to select all the text and images on a web page or other document at the same time?

How about all the cells in spreadsheet or all the data contained in an input box?

Well, there are several ways to select everything at once, but the fastest and simplest way on a Windows PC is to use the handy keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A.

Question from Kasey:  I use a Windows computer at work and a Mac at home. I’ve tried using the same USB flash drive on both computers by I always get an error.

I really need to be able to use certain files on both computers and transfer them back and forth.
