Today’s Quick Tip….

Do you ever get the feeling that someone else might be logging into your Gmail account and reading your messages?

Well, there’s an easy way to find out for sure. Just follow these steps:

1 – Log into your Gmail account on a laptop or desktop computer (sorry, this won’t work on a mobile device).

2 – Make sure your Inbox is open on the screen.

3 – Find the “Last account activity” section located in the lower-right corner of the window and click Details.

You should now see a box containing a list of all the recent times that you (or someone else) accessed your Gmail account.

Take a look at the times of activity, the browsers/devices used, the user locations and the IP addresses.

If you see any entries that obviously don’t match your own usage details it’s a good bet that someone is indeed logging into your Gmail account on the sly.

If so, you should immediately change your password and enable Two-Factor Authentication on your Google account.
