Question from Kelly: I’ve always used Google Docs for my writing but I recently bought Microsoft Office because that’s what I’ll be using at my next job.
I’ve been practicing with Word and it seems to be ok, but sometimes it will place a random horizontal line in the document when I type certain characters.

Question from Glenda: I downloaded Autoruns after reading about it here and it keeps showing something called Synaptics.
This has me a little confused.
Is Synaptics a virus? If it is, how do I get rid of it?
Do you have an Amazon Kindle E-reader that runs slow, freezes up or is just weirdly glitchy in some other way?
If so, there are a couple of things you can do to fix the issue.
Question from Bill: I received a notice from Twitter saying they had removed one of my tweets for being against their Rules and Policies.
After thinking about it I realize that tweet was a little dicey, but I’ve seen a lot worse on Twitter that never got taken down.
What bothers me is my tweet got removed when far worse tweets stay up.
