Question from Randi F.: I’m taking French this year and I have a question about using that language with my laptop.
I’d really like to have a second Windows user account with French set as the language.
I’ve heard this can be done but I don’t know how to set it up. Can you tell me how to do it?
Question from Perry S.: I have an older Dell desktop PC that I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I really like this computer and I use it every day to check my email and other various tasks.
I got a low disk space warning the other day so I ran Disk Cleanup and then tried to uninstall several programs that I never use.
Everything uninstalled just fine until I got to Firefox. The Windows Uninstaller tool won’t remove it, and neither will Revo Uninstaller.
Do you know of a way to remove Firefox from this machine? Perhaps a manual method that I could try?

Question from Marie N.: I have an urgent question and I really hope you’ll have an answer for me.
I accidentally formatted the external USB hard drive that I use to store all of my scanned family photos with my Mac.
I meant to format the drive I use to store my Mac backups but I accidentally plugged in the wrong drive!
I hope you can help me recover my pics from it?
Question from Kenny: About six months ago I bought a Toshiba laptop with Windows 10 on it.
Everything worked great until three days ago when Chrome started failing to load certain websites.
Some sites load normally, but then other sites get redirected to completely different sites when I click on their links.
Still other sites won’t load at all. The only thing I get is a white error screen.
I tried clearing the browser history and when that failed to fix it I even removed Chrome and reinstalled it. But the problem is still there.
Can you tell me what’s wrong and how to fix it?

My family has three iPads that we use every single day. Does the same thing apply to them too?
In other words can we safely skip installing an antivirus app on our iPads?
