Today’s Quick Tip….

Do you spend lots of time every day sitting at a desk or table while using your computer?

If so, one of the best investments you can make is to buy yourself a decent ergonomic office chair.

While they’re fine for eating dinner or sitting with a friend while you chat for a few minutes, a regular straight-back chair just wasn’t designed to be sat in for prolonged periods of time.

A good office chair will help prevent back pain and all kinds of general discomfort.

Go ahead, treat yourself. Your back and sleep routine will thank you.
