Today’s quick tech tip….

How to use the Windows 11 Spotlight images as your Desktop background

Do you enjoy seeing the beautiful images that Microsoft displays on the Windows ‘Lock’ screen?

How would you like to use them as your Desktop background image and have it change automatically every day?

Well, you can. All it takes is a simple settings change. Here’s how to do it:

1 – Right-click on the Desktop and select Personalize from the menu that pops up.

Note: You should now see the “Personalization” settings open on the screen.

2 – In the right-hand pane, click Background.

3 – In the “Personalize your background” field, select Windows spotlight from the choices available in the drop-down box.

That’s all there is to it. Your PC’s Desktop background should now be displaying the latest Spotlight image, and the image you see there should change automatically as the current Spotlight image changes over time.
