Do you use a dating app on your phone or tablet?
If so, it’s probably selling or otherwise sharing your personal info with dozens of other companies.
According to this ABC News report from 2020, the Norwegian Consumer Council has discovered that “serious privacy infringements” are being perpetrated by the companies behind several of the world’s most popular dating apps.
And guess what? Many dating apps are still doing it.
In short, the apps are selling or otherwise sharing the personal info from user accounts with at least 135 other third-party companies and services.
Currently, software development is one of the most sought-after careers.
Job growth for programmers is expected to increase by 21 percent between 2018 and 2028, more than four times the average for all occupations.
A software programmer can expect to make $106,000 a year on average, more than three times the average income of all Americans.

Question from Roger: I’ve heard that people are getting emails about an Equifax settlement in relation to the time they were hacked.
I’m confused because I thought that happened a long time ago. I’m thinking it might be a fraud.
