Today’s featured tech tip….

How to search Google for multiple words at once

Have you ever done a Google search only to have a very small number of pages returned in the search results?

That happens fairly often, and there’s a very easy way to increase the number of results your search will produce: Use the OR operator.

That’s right, you can search for multiple words at once by placing the word OR between them.

For example, let’s say you want to do a search for diet colas but include results for Coke, Pepsi or both. This is what you would type into the Google search box:

coke OR pepsi diet cola

When presented with that search query, Google will respond with pages that include any of those search terms, even if the other searched words aren’t on a the page(s).
