There’s a class of PCs that are known as convertible laptops.
As their name implies, convertible laptops can be used in either traditional laptop mode or as a tablet simply by folding the screen 180 degrees until it lays flat.
If you’re having a hard time picturing this in your head, just got to Amazon and search for the term convertible laptop and you’ll see quite a bunch of them in action.
