Having trouble speeding up your blog and getting it to pass Google’s Core Web Vitals standards?

If so, you need to ditch your blog’s current WordPress caching plugin and replace it with WP Rocket.

WP Rocket goes far beyond simple page caching. It also makes a plethora of other tweaks and enhancements to your WordPress blog that makes its pages load faster and improves other areas that affect your blog’s Core Web Vitals score in a big way.

If you’ve been struggling to get your blog “up to speed” you really owe it to yourself to give WP Rocket a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Today’s featured tech tip….

How to ‘zoom’ text and images in your PC’s web browser

Do you ever visit websites that have text so small you can barely read it?

Or perhaps it’s so big you have to scroll almost continuously just to keep advancing the story?

As luck would have it, you can easily “zoom in” on tiny text, or zoom out if it’s too large. What’s more, you can zoom images as well.

To make the text and images on a web page larger simply press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard while rolling the wheel on your mouse away from you.

Likewise, to make everything smaller just hold down the Ctrl key and roll the mouse wheel towards you.

Alternatively, you can simply use the keyboard without having to touch the mouse. Simply press and hold the Ctrl key while also pressing either the + key (to enlarge the text/images) or the – key (to make them smaller).

Pretty simple, right?

I use this ‘zoom’ technique several times a day and I’ve found it to be a real lifesaver.
