Today’s quick tech tip….

How to find a file you downloaded to your iPhone or iPad

It’s pretty easy to locate a file you downloaded to your Mac or Windows PC, but it can be difficult to find a download on an iPhone or iPad unless you know where to look for it.

Truth be told, you can quickly access all of your iPhone and/or iPad downloads with just a few quick actions. Here’s how:

1 – Swipe down with one finger from the top of the device’s screen to display the Spotlight Search tool.

2 – Type the word files into the search box, then select Files from the search results.

3 – Tap Browse.

4 – Depending on which type of device you’re using, tap either On My iPhone or On My iPad.

5 – Tap on the Downloads folder.

That’s all there is to it. You should now see a list of all your downloaded files, including the one you most recently downloaded.
