Today’s quick tech tip….

Did you know you can schedule future delivery of Gmail messages?

Gmail is one of the world’s most popular email services so I make it a point to share tips for using it on a regular basis.

Today’s tip is this:  If you compose an email but don’t want to send it immediately, you can easily schedule its delivery for a future date and time.

I use this feature all the time, primarily to send reminders of important occasions and events to myself the day before they take place. That way forgetful Rick won’t miss out on something important.

Of course there are many reasons why you might want to schedule an email to be delivered at some point in the future. Luckily, this is very easy to do.

This Google Help Center page provides instructions for scheduling emails for future delivery using a computer, an Android device or an iPhone/iPad. Just select the appropriate tab and you’ll be all set.

Rick’s Daily Pick…

Dust-Off Disposable Compressed Gas Duster (Pack of 2) (#ad)

You probably know how important it is to keep your computer and other electronic gear free of dust and grime.

That’s why it pays to keep a can or two of compressed air on hand at all times. This is the one I use and recommend.

Today’s post from ‘My Daily Smile’…

Ever see a jet land or take off at St Maarten? Watch this…

This will likely blow your mind.

Wondering how you can help me keep doing what I’m doing?

1 – If you’d like to help support my work, you can do so by leaving me a tip.

Every penny of your tip will go towards my blog’s web hosting and other related fees, which are substantial.

2 – You can Forward this email to a friend along with a short note of recommendation. (Just click the “Forward” button or link.)

Rest assured that anything you can do to help me keep helping folks will be greatly appreciated.
