Question from Theresa:  Rick, I was wondering if it’s possible for an infected email to load a virus onto a smartphone?

Last night I was using my iPhone to check my email and I accidentally opened an email that appeared to be from China while I was trying to delete it. When the email opened up it said it was downloading a file.

I was young and stupid then and every time I forgot a password I’d just make another Facebook account.

The only account I want to keep is the one I’m using now. Is there any way to delete the old unused accounts but keep my current one?  [Read more…]

Question from Tammy:  I don’t like it when people I don’t know comment on my Facebook posts and sort of take them over.

Is there any way to prevent people I’m not friends with on there from leaving comments on my posts?
