Today’s featured tech tip….
Did you know your iPhone can read web pages aloud to you?
Your iPhone has a very handy feature called “Speak Screen” that will read any web page aloud to you while you’re doing other things.
Simply put, it basically converts the text on any page into an audiobook.
And guess what? It even works on other types of content such as ebooks and emails as well. If there’s some type of text document displayed on the screen, your iPhone can treat it as an audiobook and read aloud it to you.
Want to give it a try? Just follow the instructions on this Apple Support page for enabling Speak Screen in your iPhone’s Settings app. You’ll then be able to use the device to actually listen to web pages and other text documents.
