Today’s featured tech tip….

Beware unsolicited calls from Microsoft or Apple Tech Support

Have you ever been going about your day when someone called claiming to be from ‘Microsoft’ or ‘Apple’ Tech Support, claiming that your computer was infected with a virus?

If so, you can rest assured that the caller was a scammer.

Neither Microsoft nor Apple will call you from out of the blue to tell you your computer is infected with malware. They just won’t. Ever.

If you’ve never received one of these fraudulent phone calls you should consider yourself lucky.

And if you ever do receive one you should simply hang up on the caller without saying anything or pushing any buttons on the phone.

What they’re after is your money and your identity. You can protect both by ignoring these scammy callers.

And he had already been performing as a professional musician for two years when this was filmed.
