A while back I wrote about the nasty CryptoLocker ransomeware that was encrypts the hard drives on PCs. Hackers then demand a ransom in exchange for decrypting the locked files. Not a good thing!
Now, a similar piece of ransomeware is attacking Android devices. It’s called SimpleLocker, and it does basically the same thing as CrytoLocker.
So far there have been no reports of SimpleLocker attacking devices in the United States, but it’s only a matter of time before it hits our shores as well. [Read more…]
If you’ve always logged into Flickr using your Facebook or Google sign-in credentials, you won’t be able to do so much longer.
You might have noticed that when you have two or more windows open at once, in order to scroll the contents of an inactive window you have to first click it to make it the active window. This can be quite annoying if all you want to do in that window is scroll the contents up or down a bit.
