Q&A: Why can’t I send a message to my friend on Facebook?

facebook-logoQuestion from Rishabh R.:  Yesterday I was chatting with my friend, and after our conversation was over, we both logged out.

But today when I logged into my Facebook account and opened the message column and tried to message her again, it showed an error.

Our previous conversation is there, but my friend’s name is in black colour. When I tried to click on her name, it wouldn’t click. The same problem is not happening with my other friends. So I just wanna know have I done something wrong? Or maybe my friend has?

Apple releases iOS 7.1 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch
