Review: Dell Inspiron 3585 15.6″ FHD Laptop

With all the budget-level laptops running Windows 10 in S-Mode on the market these days, I’m always pleased when I happen to see a new low-cost laptop running Windows 10 Home.

I recently had an opportunity to check out the new Dell Inspiron 3585 15.6″ FHD Laptop and I found it to be a fantastic alternative to most of those (slightly) lower priced S-Mode machines.

This laptop has plenty of speed and power for general Internet and home use, yet it fits easily into most consumers’ budgets.

My business partner bought a new desk for her office. It’s really nice because it has lots of handy storage areas.

One of those storage areas is the perfect size to hold her desktop computer tower. I believe it was designed to hold a computer because there’s a hole to route the cables through in the back.

Many modern mobile devices still connect to a charger with a standard MicroUSB cable, and if you use them as often as I use mine your cables probably become frayed and worn out pretty quick.

The typical MicroUSB cable just wasn’t designed to withstand frequent use with multiple devices, but I recently had the opportunity to check out one that was.
