Today’s Quick Tip….

Q&A: How do I cancel my Proton Mail subscription

Question from Mina:  I signed up for a Proton Mail ‘Professional’ plan a while back and now I want to cancel it. Can you tell me how to do it? I just don’t see the value in paying for it.

Rick’s answer:  I’ll be happy to tell you how to cancel your ‘paid’ Proton Mail subscription, Mina. Just follow the steps below:

1 – Sign into your Proton Mail account.

2 – Click Settings>Dashboard.

3 – Click the Switch To Free button at the bottom of the left-hand column.

I hope this helps, Mina. Good luck.
