Question from Sue: Yesterday I started getting emails from several websites that I mostly infrequently use or don’t use at all, such as Microsoft, Walmart, and Instagram.
But now I’ve received two more emails from two websites (AirBnB and eBay) that I DO use.
These emails were all in regard to resetting my password – either the password was already changed or a request to change it.
I’m confused about what’s going on and what I need to do?
Most every computer user is familiar with the “Undo” and “Redo” options on program menus.
If you’re unfamiliar with them, clicking “Undo” will reverse the last change you made to a text file, a Word document, a photo or most anything else that you can edit.
Clicking “Redo” will reverse the “Undo” and make the change you “undid” active once again.
As you can imagine, these are two of the most useful options you have at your disposal while you’re doing something with your computer.
But there’s a problem…

Question from Stella: I have thousands of family pictures that I’ve copied onto an external hard drive, which I keep locked up in a fireproof lock box.
My question is will those pictures last forever or is their lifetime limited in any way?
