Do you have an Apple device that’s running iOS 9? If so, Apple has just released a new update that you really need to install.

iOS 9.0.1 isn’t categorized as a critical update, but I believe it’s an important one because it fixes a number of bugs that cause various features and apps on your device(s) to behave in strange ways.

Q&A: Why won’t my LG G3 phone connect to the Internet?

Question from Gina: Hi Rick. I need help!!! I have an LG G3 phone with 4G-LTE. For the last few days I’ve been unable to connect to the Internet over the Sprint network.

The phone gives me an error message stating that it’s unable to connect to the network. I can make and receive phone calls just fine and I can use the Internet with Wi-Fi. It just won’t connect to the Sprint network.

I’ve checked all the settings and nothing seems to be set incorrectly. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Verizon customers: Be prepared to pay full price for a new phone after August 13

Many of are used to upgrading to a new mobile phone every couple of years and receiving the new phone either for free or at a greatly reduced price. But if you are a Verizon customer, that perk is about to come to an end.

The major cell carriers have traditionally offered their customers a selection of subsidized phones in exchange for having them sign on to two year contracts.
