Question from Mary: I have a set of Bluetooth “over the ear” headphones and a pair of Bluetooth earbuds that are both paired to my Windows laptop.
I frequently switch back and forth between them, depending on what I’m using them for.
What I’d like to do is create a desktop shortcut to the Bluetooth settings so I can quickly open them when I need to switch from the headphones to the earbuds (or vice versa).

By default, Microsoft Windows hides certain system files and folders from the user’s view in order to keep us from accidentally altering, moving or deleting a file and end up crippling our PCs.

Question from Melissa B.: I bought a new Acer laptop about a month ago, and now I can’t see the mouse pointer. It was working fine till my 4 year old started pressing keys and then all of a sudden it was gone.
I hope you can tell me how to restore my missing mouse pointer. If you can I’ll be forever in your debt! LOL
