How to ‘paste as plain text’ on a Mac

In response to a recent question from a reader, I wrote this post explaining how to paste info you’ve copied to the Windows Clipboard as plain text (i.e. without the formatting such as bold and italics included).

If you read that post you’ll recall that my answer was to press the Ctrl+V key combination.

Q&A: Should I connect my Roku via WiFi or Ethernet cable?

Question from Michael:  I just bought a Roku box I have the choice of connecting it to the Internet over WiFi or with an Ethernet cable.

Which one should I choose?

The Roku box is close enough to the router to connect them with a cable and the WiFi signal is strong there.
