Did you know you can play thousands of vintage DOS-era computer games, for free?

Posted on February 25, 2021

Are you old enough to remember all the classic computer games from the days of MS-DOS?

If so, you might be interested to know that you can play literally thousands of those nostalgic games for free, right in your web browser!

The folks at the Internet Archive have made a massive collection of old DOS-era games available in their archives, and they are absolutely free for the taking.

This collection includes many of the classic games that helped making home computers so popular back in the day.

Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, SimCity, Wolfenstein 3D… and literally thousands more! If you can remember playing a game back in the days of DOS, it’s probably in there!

Browsing through this collection sure brought back a lot of wonderful memories.

If you enjoyed playing some of those old games you’re sure to find them in this collection.

Sound good? Click here and enjoy!

Bonus tip: Want access to even more awesome DOS games (and many early Windows games as well)?

GOG.com has plenty, but theirs aren’t free. Just throwing this out there as another option.
