I review portable USB chargers on here all the time, and I’m always on the lookout for a car charger that does a little something extra for its owner.
Today I’m going to tell you about a real gem of a charger from BESTEK.

You can plug most anything that runs on 150 watts or less of 110V AC household power into the inverter, but it’s especially suited for charging and powering a laptop.

This unit fits easily in my car’s glove compartment when not in use, and it doesn’t take up all that much room when it’s plugged into the accessory socket.
I have used several different Bestek devices over the years and they have all worked flawlessly for me. I’ve been using this little gem for quite some time and it works flawlessly as well – as long as I don’t try to overload it (which I’ve actually done a couple of times for testing purposes).
It does get a little warm to the touch when in use, but that’s typical for these small inverters.
Bottom line: If you need a flexible power source for most any small, low-wattage appliance or device you can use inside your vehicle, this tiny inverter would be a great choice. And as I mentioned above, it’s also an excellent USB charger.
