ATTN Firefox users: Update your browser now to patch several critical security holes

Posted on July 24, 2014

firefox-logoMozilla has just released a new update to Firefox that patches several critical security holes in the popular browser.

The most critical flaw allows hackers to infect your PC with viruses and install malicious software when you simply visit an infected web page. You don’t even have to click on anything!

In total, this important update addresses 11 security threats, several of which are rated critical.

Firefox is a great browser in my opinion, but if you use it you need to patch these holes ASAP in order to keep your computer and mobile devices free of malware.

Windows users can download the updated version of Firefox right here. If you use Firefox on your Android device, you’ll find the updated version in the Google Play Store.
